Scrapbook Pantry LLC will not rent, sell or exchange information about our customers. Access to information about our customers is restricted to Scrapbook Pantry LLC. Third parties that need access to our customer information in order to provide operational or other support services to Scrapbook Pantry LLC must agree to safeguard customer information in strict compliance with our privacy policy.
Scrapbook Pantry LLC gathers only the customer information that is needed to administer its business, provide superior service and communicate offers on scrapbooking products that we believe will be of interest to our customers.
Scrapbook Pantry LLC customers should also know we do not store your credit card number on our Internet server. Pay using our secure online order process, knowing your financial information is protected by industrial-strength encryption. The information in transit is encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate issued by GeoTrust.
Standard Licensing Agreement
1. This license grants the purchaser/user the right to copy, modify, and use the items in their own personal work. Items may not be redistributed or sold digitally or otherwise. This includes websites, CD/DVD, and printed copies.
2. Items MAY NOT be used for any commercial projects.
3. You may submit layouts created using our products to crafting magazines, crafting & scrapbooking galleries on the internet, and contests, as long as you include a credit to ScrapbookPantry.com and when possible a link to http:/www.ScrapbookPantry.com for the elements used.

Examples of correct usage:
- Creating cards, photo books, candy wrappers or physical scrapbook layouts to give to friends and family.
- Creating a personal blog or website. (You must provide credit to ScrapbookPantry.com on the site)
Examples of incorrect usage:
- Creating digital files to sell or share with digital scrapbookers.
- Creating cards, photo books, candy wrappers or physical scrapbook layouts to sell to other individuals
- Creating designs for advertising such as filers, leaflets or brochers.
- Creating professional websites or web templates
- Creating digital files, papers, page layouts, etc. to be sold in anyway.
- Distributing the products (meaning as they are received) directly to consumers.
